Q: Where is my order?
A: Check the status of your online order at your convenience by logging into your Country Outfitter account.
Q: Has my order shipped?
A: See if your online order has shipped by logging in to your Country Outfitter account.
Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: There is generally a small window of time immediately after your order is placed in that it could be cancelled. To see if your order can be cancelled, contact our customer service department immediately at 1-866-824-7970 (outside of USA dial 316.219.7970). If we are unable to cancel your order, you may return it for a refund (excluding shipping charge and return postage). Visit our Returns page for more information.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently Country Outfitter only ships within the Contiguous and Non-Contiguous United States. We regret that we are unable to accept or ship International orders at this time, we look forward to expanding our shipping options in the future.
Q: Do you accept PayPal/Checks/MoneyOrder/COD?
A: Country Outfitter accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Japan Bank). We will accept payment by check or money order if sent with a completed order form to the following address:

Q: Why don't you pay for return shipping?
A: You will find competitive - even aggressive - prices at CountryOutfitter.com.
Because of our pricing structure, we ask our customers to cover postage to return an item they do not wish to keep. Or, use our handy prepaid return label to exchange your item, and we will waive the $10 shipping fee; if you exchange an item for something else, we will waive shipping to get the new item to you.
Q: Can you check the balance of my gift card?
A: You may check your gift card balance anytime by calling the number listed on the back of the card.
